Single furnished bedroom with a private bath and one closet is available in a beautiful 5 bed/4.5 bath house with a huge kitchen, cathedral ceilings, large kitchen, and a three car garage located in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood.

This room is fully furnished, with the eception of a nightstand. The room is perfect for someone who doesn’t have much stuff.

The Room comes with free WiFi.

Home has central heat and air conditioning controlled by landlord.

Full Modern Kitchen - dishwasher, granite counter tops, dark cabinets, and tile floor. Sun porch

You must have a car. There is no local transportation and the closest grocery store is 6.9 miles away.

The following applies: This room has become available for a short term of no more than 6 months. The monthly rent is $900.00 Couples pay $1000.00 per month. There is a security deposit of $350.00 Rent includes all utilities.

Also, there is an Additional $25 per month for laundry which affords you 2 weekly laundries. For an additional $10 per laundry you can have your clothes washed and folded.

If you’d like to bring your own refrigerator that is an additional $150 per month.

Pets not allowed. Older (40+) person(s) preferably.

Must love dogs. This is a family home which includes a huge friendly goofy dog.

We are looking for a good quality, professional, honest and COVID-19 responsible and conscious person who wants to make the most out of this great temporary situation. There is a home based business located within the home so we like to keep noise to a minimum during work hours. You are free to smoke outdoors on the sunporch only. We do not allow for loud parties or gatherings at her home as this is a family home.

Guests can not stay more than one night per week.

Late payment fee is 10% up until the second day of the month. Third day late immediate removal from premises without notification.
