Jonathan's room

Hi! My name is Jonathan. I discovered boulder while visiting to study with Ken Wilber at the Integral Center and absolutely fell in love with the people, the culture, and the influence of spirituality out there.

I returned several times for 3 months at a time to study intersubjective meditation ( called circling ) at the integral center and learned from hundreds of teachers who would pass through.

I set up this home specifically so that I could always return and deepen in my spiritual practice and made it into my personal heaven: furnished it elegantly, set up super fast wifi, hired cleaning staff who would stock things like TP and coffee, and made the rooms avail to the larger community as a coliving space.

This room is a private bedroom in a shared home with a shared bath, there are 3 bedrooms that share 1.5 baths, and the 4th bedroom ( the master ) has its own.

The listed rate for this room is all-inclusive and covers the following:

• Rent for your room and your share of the commons

• All utilities including high-speed internet

• Housecleaning and disinfecting ~ every 4 days

• Cleaning and sterilization of your space for your move-in date

• House management staff who find and create solutions any time there is an issue

• All furnishings provided and a ton of amenities

• All basics stocked, inventoried, and covered ( like TP, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc )

Now I’m away, working with training AI to help people with reaching their goals in the Bay Area, and the 4 rooms of the house are exclusively dedicated to coliving which starts with a 30-day commitment and then is open, but requires no deposit or last month’s rent.

We can also accommodate stays as short as 2 weeks in some cases, as occasionally we will have a gap between 2 colivers.

I love the folks who live in the house, and I seem to be really good at picking people because most seem to love each other, it’s got a great, light energy to it.

My staff will come clean the 1 - 2x/week the commons, everyone still cleans up after themselves, and the space has become an easeful landing pad.

I will aim to visit every 4 months on avg and claim a room during a vacancy for a bit to meet the roomies in person and get deeper into my spiritual practices out there.

• This house is LGBTQ-friendly, all genders are welcome.

• This house is allowing of cannabis for personal use but all smoking must happen outdoors.

• This house is vape friendly, but only outside or in your room. ( nicotine vaping )

• This house is work-from-home friendly, several rooms have desks already and you are welcome to add a desk if your room does not.

• As of the moment of writing we have 3 rooms available!

We tend to attract 20s - 40s professionals yet all are welcome. We are an inclusive community home.
