Hello Friends!

My wife and I are looking for a responsible, respectful roommate to share our lovely home in beautiful Monterey Hills Estates, in Monterey Park. The room is approximately 110 sq. ft. and includes an attached private bath and shower. The home is shared with 2 other roommates as well, both of whom are also very kind and considerate. The neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet. The house sits on a hill with a beautiful view to the Southwest. Driveway parking accommodates 2 vehicles, and there’s always plenty of free street parking. Washer and dryer are on premises and free to use.

Rent will be $800 / month, plus 1/5 total utilities, which average out to around $60 – 70 / month. Deposit is also $800 and is due at move-in.

Shared spaces include living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room, and all outdoor yard space, including back patio with firepit and 2 orange trees.

No smoking, no pets.

The room is currently available for viewing and move-in.

Sequoia Park is just around the corner and sports open fields, picnic areas, playgrounds, tennis and strikingly beautiful views of the mountains (see pics).
