I have a newly constructed House which I helped designed to have a roommate with them having their own area. The home is roughly 1,800 square feet with the area dedicated to the roommate is roughly about 500 square feet with it own front entrance and and covered Patio. It’s has it’s own bedroom, Bathroom and front living room area.

I’m Fairly Religious and don’t drink or smoke.

Fully furnished except for the cloth’s on your back and other personal items like cell phone and computer.

I have two cat’s a bird and two dogs

I am a non smoker - non drinker - religiously oriented - no pets - kids fairly clean. I’m 62 year old straight mail. semi retired looking for a friendly person to occupy the guest area to help with the expense’s.
