Hello, Future Roommate!

Are you interested in industrial chic apartments with a beautiful view? Would you like to live Downtown? Look no further than the Lofts of Greenville! My current roommate is moving out so I have a space available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom floor plan on the third floor. The common area and kitchen are furnished, the bedroom/bathroom are yours to make over.

-Gated Community and Secured Building(You'll have a wireless key fob for both) -Tons of Amenities, including: Indoor Gym + Crossfit Gym(free fitness classes if you sign up), Pool with Cabana and Kitchen, Secured Bike Storage, Game Room, Movie Theater Room, Furnished Stone Fire Pit, Pond with Fishing and a Walking Trail(Lit at Night), and a Dog Park! -Located right on the Swamp Rabbit trail(there is a gate to access!) as well as a 2 minute drive to South Main and 4 minutes to West End so lots of food and fun! -Valet Trash Service(pickup 5 days a week), Cable TV service, High-Speed Internet.

Pets are welcome so long as they are appropriate for an apartment. I do have a cat, he’s about 7 months old. He’s incredibly well behaved and great with strangers as well as other animals. If your pet isn’t, it’s not a total disqualification but you need to disclose that up front!

Just as a disclaimer the photos are from the website(Except for the cat, he’s the real deal). They are much better than anything I could take and they happened to use the exact floor plan I have as the show room so it gives you a good idea of the space. During the process when I meet the right candidate, I’ll personally give you the full tour to see everything in person including the room of course!
