Private bedroom for rent near Westwood (in West LA, near UCLA). This is 1 bedroom within a 3-bedroom apt. The room is for 1 person. Bathroom is shared with one person (me).

Available April 1st, 2022, possibly earlier. 12 month lease preferred. To reserve the room, you must sign a sublease at least 2 weeks before move-in.

Rent is $1440 per month, utilities included. If you have a car, you’ll have the option of a private parking space in a gated garage for an additional $25/mo.

Move-in is 1 month rent + a $350 security deposit (plus $25 for parking if you choose).

Great quiet neighborhood. Convenient for grocery stores, cafes, and public transportation.

Non-smoking apt. Washer-dryer on every floor.
