Hello, I am looking to sublease my room at Amli Doral. The complex is extremely nice and right by the highway and FIU campus! The rent is 1050, however I am open to negotiation. You would have one roommate, a 23 year old male medical student who is very clean and conscientious and has been a great friend. The apartment is on the top fourth floor (with elevator) so there are no footsteps above you, as well as plenty of open parking spaces, a view overlooking the pond, zero noise pollution, and a large bedroom with bathroom attached! The complex truly is the nicest place you can live in the area for the price that I have seen. The ideal applicant would be a student or young working professional, male or female. Available to sublease now through August!
