THE ROOM: Your spacious room is fully furnished with a comfortable king sized bed, two dressers, a TV, a ceiling fan, and a small walk in closet.

THE HOUSE:

• 2200 sq. ft. new house with full access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room.
• The house is about 15 minutes from all the major hospitals (VA, CRMC, Clovis Community, St. Agnes)
• 10 minutes away from Costco, Target, Sierra Vista Mall and many restaurants
• 10 minutes away from the 180 freeway

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 references (one from previous landlord and one from current employer)
• 2 most recent paystubs

We are 3 female working professionals looking for the same. We work hard but we like to relax from time to time. We keep to ourselves but do enjoy each other’s company. We put effort in keeping the house clean and organized. We like to respect everyone’s personal space and privacy. Overnights are okay but only on an occasional basis (1-2 times a month). We have a permanent cat and a dog that comes to visit so no other pets allowed.
