The property is 5 mins.to the freeway 5 & 91, near the stores,groceries, schools, parks, gym, Cerritos library , Cerritos malls, sheriffs ,restaurant, hotels, hospitals and dealership. It’s great & quite neighborhood, neighborhood watch.

I have 2 other males renter ,they are responsible,respectful,organized,clean and quite some go gym, they only stay just to rest, sleep and shower. Non- smoking,drinking person,pay on time.
