About the room
Want to live in a great home without paying a fortune? Your room INCLUDES gas, water, electric, wifi and use of our home gym! No more wondering how much bills are going to cost you each month. Your room has a large closet for hanging clothes, etc. We have a washer and dryer here at the house for you to use. We have room in the driveway for you to park your car along with extra room for storage, if needed!
All in all, this is a great living situation with quiet and down to earth people! We live in an incredible neighborhood with a beautiful park and amazing views of the local mountains. If you’re looking to live in a nice home with friendly people then this is the ideal situation for you!

About the roomies
My girlfriend, Grace and I (Jared) live in our 5 bed, 4 bath, home along with 2 roomates. We have a Yellow Lab named Harley and a Fox Lab named Zoey. Both are super friendly! Grace is 25 and I am 31.
