Hi! My name is Jessie and I’m looking to team up with someone who’d like the second furnished bedroom in a house I’m renting. Landlords are moving out of state, but they’re amazing people! The house is 5 min away from the beach, the highway, and minutes from Camp Pendleton. The house has everything you’d need and the fenced-in backyard has a beautiful fountain! It’s a very quiet culdesac off the 5. I go to work 4-5 days a week and sometimes work from home. My dog usually goes to daycare. I’m low-key and love company. I have workout equipment in the backyard you’d be welcome to use! The garage also has extra space for storage. The landlord requires anyone over 18 to do a background check through them.
