Great townhouse (Steelhead Townhouses) located at 540 E 14th Ave., about a 6-minute walk to campus. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 3 floors: 2 bedrooms on each floor. The move-in date is very flexible, can be before or after June. The lease ends in September but you can extend it for another year. If you have other friends/roommates in mind, my other roommates may also be looking to sublease! AC and heat in every room, including downstairs. 2 storage closets, washer/dryer in-unit. Lots of parking available, street parking as well.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. There are 3 other girls living here. All are super nice, two of them are seniors and one is a junior!
