Room has cathedral ceiling & is furnished with a queen bed with new mattress & box springs, night stand, dresser & TV & wifi; sliding door offers access to patio. Shared kitchen, living & dining room & washer/dryer. Bathroom across the hall - currently private. Plenty of off street parking also will share driveway for parking. PROPERTY: Community junior-sized Olympic pool with jacuzzi; walking trails, volleyball court; clubhouse and less one mile to PCH and ocean.
AREA: Walking distance to quaint Huntington Beach shopping, restaurants, pier, library and other amenities.

I am retired but still working part time by choice, enjoy reading, walking. I am an early riser, keep my home neat and clean.
