Looking for a clean and trustworthy roommate. You’ll have a Bedroom and your own bathroom.Shared common area: kitchen, washer & dryer, living room etc
Unfurnished apartment-Bedroom, bathroom and common areas are not furnished.
No pets allowed.
All bills are included, however I do not have cable. You’ll have a Month-Month lease, (must provide two weeks notice before moving out)
You are welcomed to resident amenities including: pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court etc Parking available On the second floor (not wheelchair accessible)
The leasing office will have you complete the application process that includes criminal background check, credit check, and income check. The application is $75, which is included in the deposit amount
About the roomies
I am a teacher that currently works from home in Lakeland. I have a two-bed/ two-bath apartment in Daytona Beach (Epic Apartments). One room is currently being rented. Looking for a another trustworthy, clean roommate
