Hi! This is a 4 bed 2 bath house, with three other people living here. All utilities+wifi included in the rent price.
Move-in can be January 1st or after. The room is only available for 4 months through April, so April 30th is the latest move-out date.
The room can either be unfurnished, or furnished if requested. All the items in the bedroom pics are now gone - the room will be empty if unfurnished.
The bathroom is shared with 2 other people.
Common spaces are furnished and kitchen has cookware, plates, etc. A washer and dryer is provided. There is 1 space in the garage for you to park a car.
I am a full time engineer, and all the roommates are between 23 and 28 years old. We’re sociable, but don’t make too much noise and we keep our spaces clean.
