Very large private bedroom (largest bedroom in the apartment!) on third floor with tons of storage space in closet and lots of natural light! Shared kitchen and bathroom with other housemates. The apartment does not have a living room because it was converted into a fourth bedroom for cheaper rent. I’m looking to have someone take over my lease (from now until June 30th) but lease can be renewed at the end of June if you want to stay! Great location between campus and downtown shops. Willing to sell the queen sized bed frame in the room (only used for 1 year) for a reduced price as well. Rent is $625 and all utilities are paid by the landlord except for electric and wifi (about $35 to $40 combined each month). Parking space can be included behind the house for no extra charge, though the landlord will need to approve the size of your car!

I am a senior social work student at West Chester University and the 3 female roommates you would have are also students at WCU, approximately 19 to 20 years of age.
