Large room available to sublet in grad student group house
Location: College Park, next to the University of Maryland
The house is located within walking distance to the University of Maryland, about ½ a mile. Very close to shops and supermarket.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The room to rent is located in the basement and it has a separate nice entrance as well as entrance from the main door.
The basement has 2 large rooms, a shared full bathroom, a full kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer), washer and dryer, and a large living area. Central heat and A/C. Upstairs there is another full kitchen and a large living area.
The room to rent is 13 ft by 11½ ft, with a very large closet. It is unfurnished but I can add some basic furniture if needed.
Rent: $700 per month plus utilities
About the roomies
Currently living in the house 4 very responsible graduate students. I need to move out and I am looking for somebody to take my room until the end of the summer.
