A two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a nice apartment complex. A galley style kitchen with a dishwasher, full size fridge, and stove. The living room gets lovely sunlight all throughout the day (especially in the morning!). Attached to the living room is a good sized balcony with views of the mountains and not to mention the sunset. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. The room comes unfurnished and has a good sized closet. Your own bathroom is right across the hallway with a shower/tub and toilet. Rent is $550 per month plus utilities (gas + electric + internet) which currently is costing around $100. Split two ways around $50. Water is included as well trash/recycling.

Hi there, my name’s Liz I’m in my early 20s and moved here a couple of months ago :) I find myself in need of a roommate! The room’s available now. A little bit about me, I’m out of the apartment early in the morning for work. By no means am I a clean freak but let’s just say I do my dishes. I love cooking and am still figuring out the whole baking at altitude thing. If I could live outside I would.
