Hello Beautiful House Searching People! Wow! I am so excited, but also sad to be posting this! I have a room ready to rent in a beautiful neighborhood in CO Springs. It is only a 10 minute drive to downtown and 5 min or less drive to trails for hiking, biking, sledding! There is also Rock Island Trail 3 minutes walking distance from the house! Just AMAZING! The house has 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The room is downstairs so in the summers you will be nice and cool, and have a beautiul view of the HUGE, GREEN backyard. The home has such a good, genuine feel to it. My room has a closet and a shared bathroom! In my room I have a queen size bed, a dresser, multiple shelves, a desk, chair, everything I could possibly need honestly (its the biggest in the house)! I am a student who just graduated and the city has called upon me so I am moving elsewhere! If you have any questions at all feel free to contact me on here. Roomies: The two remaining roomies are SUCH a pleasure. Easiest people I have ever lived with! One is a Harry Potter, Star Wars, sweet tulip of a person! She is a great cook and so kind. She lives upstairs and prefers cleanliness. She loves to hang with friends, have dinner, watch movies etc! The other remaining roomie upstairs is the sweetest badass ever. She runs 10 miles FOR FUN! (inspiring as heck!) She is a graduate out of NY and came to CO for the adventure, and adventure she does! Cant wait for you to meet them! It is basically IMPOSSIBLE not to get along with them!
