3-2 house just east of airport near springdale. The place is currently being remodeled but will be ready in February. I can accommodate one or two people very comfortably as there is a lot of space. One bedroom is upstairs and boasts its own living room, deck and bathroom and the other two are down stairs where there is an additional bathroom. The shared space downstairs is a very large living room and a new kitchen. We have a washer and dryer, gas stove, a yard, a carport, shed and driveway. This would be perfect for a couple or two people who have lived with each other previously as the downstairs rooms will have a little shared space. The place’s remodel has made taking pictures a little tricky but I would happily show the place to anyone interested.

I’m a reserved person who unfortunately must work outside of the house (though I take covid very seriously). I’m progressive minded, considerate and not terribly sociable but people tell me I’m friendly. Not terribly sociable means the likelihood of me having parties/people over or being noisy is going to be low.
