Brighton Avenue

I have a Townhome that I will be renting out starting in October. I would like to find a roommate to share the house with. Your move in date would be end of October. It would be month-to-month, only my name is on the lease. The house is 2 blocks from the beach in Ocean Beach, close to the dog beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 stories. My roommate must be friendly, clean & only party on weekends.
