I am a young 62 been there done that. I live in a retirement community. I worked here a the lead maintenance technician for two years. Familiar with all tenants full size heated pool out door bathrooms, showers after a nice swim. Jacuzzi heated, park and pavilion. New pickle ball courts. Very well kept property. I have my own business. Trailer is a double wide so don’t have to worry about bumping into each other.
