About the room
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m having to move out of this gorgeous spot in Leimert Park.
It’s a 3/2 bathroom home, but you will be sharing the space with only ONE roommate. The extra bedroom is a shared space primarily used as an office for the time being, but you can discuss how to use it with the existing tenant.
You have an entire bedroom and bathroom to yourself. There is ample outdoor space in the backyard and the garage while it does have room for you to store a few things has been converted into a gym. Includes a driveway spot but there’s also ample street parking
Its a super cool space, with a chill roommate. MUST be okay with dogs, as she has two. A Dalmatian (on the smaller side) and an Australian Cattledog mix. Both super sweet and friendly.
Looking for someone to take over my spot by the end of January, but if you need to move sooner that is definitely something we can discuss.
Female preferred. Must have good credit or cosigner.
