It is a 1.5 bathroom with a full gym, in unit washer and dryer, gas stove and oven with fridge with plenty of kitchen cupboard space with linoleum flooring in kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and hallway. Has a private on ground deck. Apartment is located on ground level first floor “yay no stairs” each apartment has 1 assigned parking spot but has plenty of guest parking. Their is a pool and spa with a children’s park and grass park with park bbq And tables

I’m 18 and my girlfriend is 19 we have both rented in the past and are very financially responsible and both have full time jobs. I myself have 3 businesses. We are both supper friendly and welcoming to anyone of any gender, sex, race, and sexual orientation and encourage individuality. We have our dog “Beasty” she is a one year old boarder collie mix and ESA. She does amazing with either dogs and loves cats and kids. We are looking for someone that won’t be afraid to play Ganga and socialize and create bonds with the other room mates. We are open to couples and want to create house rules that work for everyone and you will be included in every house decision
