All windows have beautiful views and the area is peaceful with lots of space around the home, no really close neighbors and very private. It’s also a perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. New flooring throughout and open floor plan. Very cozy and clean home.

Landlord pays water/garbage and tenants share gas/electric/wifi.

First, last and security will be required upon move-in. We had an unfortunate situation with the previous tenant who abandoned her stuff without paying the last month’s bills and rent.

Irene is the master tenant and all bedrooms will be rented on a sublease through her. Late 40’s female, working from home.
