About the room
I’m transferring lease for a single bedroom with attached/separate bathroom in 2bhk apartment in Barrington plaza. It is available from Mid-December. Apartment comes with 2 covered parking spots. Monthly rent will be $1300 per person without utility. You will be sharing apartment with a dental resident student (Male) at UCLA. 2 number bus directly go to UCLA and Santa Monica from apartment. Roommate is pretty chill and looking for people to explore and do fun stuff with but he is also very focused on school.
