Fort Greene is the place to be! Close to Manhattan and Brooklyn is fun to explore. The room is spacious with a queen size bed, memory foam mattress, in a fully renovated townhouse with a patio/back yard.

Our home is the best (naturally)! This is a hundred years old house that was fully renovated two years ago and turned into a chick modern space. Your room is on the second floor of a the duplex, has its own (non-working) fireplace and a built-in closet. The bathroom is next door and it will be yours to use and share with occupant of another room. There is a lovely backyard with comfy sitting and a nice patio (with a new grill) where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or meal. If you like to cook, welcome to use the kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, dishes, etc. If not - plenty of good eating options near by.

On the first floor is also a spacious living room and a dining, with a large dining table that seats seven. The house also has a free washing machine and dryer and has central air conditioning/heating.

Everything is included in the rent – electric, gas, internet, cleaning supplies, all furnishings including towels and linen. Is in “move-in” condition where you only need your clothes and toiletries.
