Forest Avenue

A private room available in a 2 bedroom apartment at Princeton Pines. All utilities are included, even internet, cable, and electricity. The bathroom, living area, and kitchen are all shared spaces. Parking is off-street and free. Laundry is shared and on-site. I will leave behind my laundry card for you. The bedroom gets lots of sunlight and in the summer months the patio gets sun as well. The complex is out of downtown Portland; about 10 minutes away from Old Port. There is 24/7 maintenance in case anything goes wrong. There is a pool and a fitness center that is free for tenants to use. There is a dumpster on site, so no need for city bags.

Please Note: the bedroom furniture, some of the living room furniture, and the shower curtain are not included as they are mine.

I am moving out March 25, 2021 to live with a significant other and I will need to be replaced on the lease. There is a 23 year old bisexual male living here with his two friendly cats. He pays the electric bill and he gets Spectrum Gold for free through his job. He is an aspiring screen writer. One of his short films made it to a film festival in LA, and his other short film might be put on Netflix as a part of an anthology series. He is very social and enjoys watching horror films.
