Melissa Leal's room

This is a two full bedroom and two full bathroom apartment. The large master bedroom is up for rent it has: floor to ceiling windows, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. It has wooden floors and can come semi furnished with a king size bed if needed. It has the most beautiful view of the city and a lot of sunlight. You also have rooftop access with a 360 view of New York and New Jersey with sunrise and sunset views. The rooftop is a great spot to do yoga/fitness in the warmer seasons or to host friends!

The apartment is clean and very well kept. We have an open concept kitchen and living room space that’s fully furnished along with an in unit washer/dryer. The living room also has floor to ceiling windows with views of the city.

15 minutes to Manhattan by public transportation which is a block away from the apartment. The promenade is also a block away where you can jog, find parks (including dog parks) and enjoy a magnificent view of the city. There is also great food around us.

We have an elevator, garage, and garbage shoot, and wifi.

I am super sweet, and can vibe with any personality. I like open communication. All I ask is that the dishes arent left dirty in the sink because I don’t have any bugs, roaches, or mice and want to keep it that way! I’m a working professional who travels a lot for work so you will have the apartment to yourself for weeks at a time.

I am the other roommate, I work in social media marketing and travel for long periods of time for work. I am very family oriented and visit my family a lot. I’m very clean and vibe with any personality. I also love to cook! Your room can be messy or however you to keep it just keep the common areas clean. I’m down to have a few drinks and listen to music but also take my work seriously! I don’t drink a lot but don’t mind if others drink! I won’t ever be home a lot so enjoy the apartment to yourself!
