I am looking for a sublet for my room in my apartment in Manchester. Preferably young professionals or UConn grad students! Rent is $700 a month + utilities. The lease ends June 6.

Apartment has a balcony, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, gas stove and private bathrooms for each room. The apartment will be unfurnished. Let me know if you are interested. Looking for someone to to take over starting February.

Roommate is a recent UConn Grad with a full time job. Typically stays in her room when she is home. She is easy to talk to and good at keeping of communal spaces clean!
