About the room
Hello future roommate!
We have a room opening up in our beautiful home on February 14th. The kitchen has been recently updated with modern appliances, countertops, and cupboards. There is a washer and dryer in our house. You get your own space in the pantry and the big shelf in the fridge. There is plenty of parking behind our gate. There is a cozy backyard with a fire pit and a garden. Some details about the room: the carpet is being replaced and the walls are freshly painted. The room is small, but the living space and kitchen are spacious. You share a bathroom with Sarah, each of you have your own entrance.
The house is conveniently located near 580 and 880. The 19th Street BART station is a short walk. Lake Merritt is less than a mile away.
About the roomies
Our names are Sarah and Brian. Sarah is finishing up school and likes crafting and cooking. Brian is an EMT and likes photography and hiking. The lease is month to month, you just have to give me 30 days notice. The security deposit is a month of rent. Internet, PG&E, and water are all free.
