Currently living in the home are 2 adults in the master bedroom. Full access to kitchen, living room, backyard, all shared spaces. Washer and dryer inside of the home. One parking slot is available and a parking permit will be provided.

Must have a full time job, or student with ability to pay, be easy going, clean, and respectful.

Utilities will be split appropriately. Deposit $1200 due before move-in. Will be required to go through a credit check and provide previous references. 1 year lease will be required.
