This is a newly renovated basement apartment area. You’ll have your very own mini suite, with a very large bathroom / shower, as well as your very own laundry facilities right there in your space! No need to share! You also get half of the garage for your parking space, and you can use the community kitchen on the main level or use your own kitchenette in the basement for all your needs. Quiet cul de sac location with pool access in the summer, as well as free rental of the clubhouse for events.

You’ll be sharing the property with just one other young couple and their rottweiler. They work lots, so usually the house is quiet and empty - you’ll have the whole space to yourself most of the time!
