Two gay guys (55and28) looking for a third roommate. Own bedroom, use of common area. ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 15, 2021. North Raleigh area off Glenwood Ave. (US 70). Plenty of shopping and close to 540. Property is a complex with plenty of parking, swimming pool, gym and club house. Apartment has WASHER and DRYER, gas fireplace, heating, and stove. Length of stay is open. (We put 12 months just to fill in the blanks.) Private Bedroom, Private Bathroom.

Both work full time, clean, gay, non-smoking, and drug free. 420 for medical use is fine. We’re open, friendly, and flexible to certain needs. The older is creative and into writing and photography. The younger is into games and Nerf competition as well as disc golf. We’re seeking gay/bi males, FTM, MTF, preferably in college. Full-time/Part-time work is fine as long as you can pay rent.
