Room available in the chic Whitney building. The unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment is sunny and spacious with a cute balcony. The room is sunny and has its own huge bathroom across the hall. I am moving to the west coast and need someone to cover the last 3 months of the lease, with options to renew. I’m moving across the country, so there’s an option to rent the unit furnished if desired.
