Amanda's room

5 bedroom house looking to rent the two bedrooms we have upstairs. Rooms are unfurnished. Rent will be due on the first of every month. Currently, room that is open is downstairs and bathroom will be shared with another roommate. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the 395 and 15 fwy. All utilities are included in our listing price, i.e; electricity, water, gas, & internet. Smoking is permitted only outside, not in bedroom or house. Parking is available right outside the house on the street.

I have 2 small dogs; 1 dachshunds and 1 toy fox terrier. The dogs are friendly and very skid-dish to new faces but will warm up to you very quickly. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and are currently occupied by two roommates.
