Pitman Street

Hi everyone! I have recently moved into a two bedroom apartment and am still currently looking for a roommate to fill the second room. The apartment is 949 sqft and is on the second floor of 50 Pitman Street (about a 8 min walk from campus) There is off street parking available as well as washer/dryer on site for laundry. The apartment comes with garbage collection and includes water and electric. I am paying $1,300 per month for rent not including gas and am hoping to rent out the second bedroom to someone for $600 per month. If anyone is interested or knows someone interested please reach!

I am a second year college student at Brown university. My house mates on the first and third floor are also college students.
