I am looking for a nice roommate to share my apartment within Hillcrest. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You would be moving into the master bedroom with an attached bathroom. The available bedroom is unfurnished with a large closet. We each have our own bedroom and bathroom (I use the guest bathroom), but we share the living room and kitchen. There is a washer/dryer on the premises and a dishwasher in the unit. Rent is $1050 per month, and we share the cost of utilities/internet (around $100 per person per month). Comes with a designated parking spot. I am hoping for a long term roommate willing to sign a 6-month lease or more. My last roommate was the original tenant, and when she moves, she is taking the apartment’s furniture and kitchenware with her. I am looking to rebuild and redecorate the apartment, so anything you want to bring is welcome and invited.
