Aldford Place

Great area near Mesa College. We are all working professionals so no late night parties unless it’s a special occasion. :) Must like dogs! We have 2, one is a rambunctious puppy and the other an old lady; both are super friendly. No cats, sorry. Nice deck out back with some views and plenty of room for get togethers. Some off street parking, garage is used for storage. Permits needed for street parking but it’s only $15/year. Additional bills are $50-$100 a month. Room is small, but fits a full size bed, dresser, and has closet. Extra room in living room for a desk if needed. 420 friendly. Keep common areas clean and we’ll get along fine!
