About the room
It is a big room good enough for two people. We have to share the bathroom. The apartment is located in grapevine town. It’s near to DFW airport. two minutes walk to the grapevine town. 7 minute from here to Southlake town as well. It is a very good place to live. Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you
About the roomies
Hi I’m a single mom and full-time employed. I have an 11 years old son. My son stays with his dad. I’m looking for someone to rent my Master bedroom. No, we are not Sharing the bedroom together. There will be only one person renting it. I will be in the living room because my living room is big enough for me. It’s will be only 3 people Including you. We are very friendly and outgoing. We don’t smoke or drink at home.

No guests allowed. No Loud music No drinking, no smoking inside the house and no pets are allowed. No drugs no weed Respect everybody’s privacy Respect my guest. No argument no fighting no yelling and no screaming in the house
Clean after yourself if you’re cooking you have to be cleaning the kitchen immediately.
