It is a spacious 4 bedroom 4 bath townhouse in Ballenger Creek. There’s a large kitchen, living room, and basement area. We also have a deck and assigned parking spaces. The house is minutes away from downtown Frederick, breweries, and wineries. We are a super chill and fun group of people!

Ages range from 19-30 years old. It’s all girls and we are a really fun group to be around! The house is 10 minutes from downtown Frederick and we go to breweries and wineries when it’s warm out!
