Looking for a roommate to share furnished two-bedroom townhouse in a safe, quiet, and luxurious gated community in Anaheim Hills. The bedroom is furnished and is located on the second floor with private bathroom. You will get an indoor large private garage as well. Full kitchen privileges with a fully equipped kitchen, access to all common areas including dining area, living room, TV, relaxing fenced patio with grill and indoor washer and dryer unit. All Utilities and Internet are included in the rent. The community has large pool, SPA, club house and plenty of guest parking outside. The community is in great location. There are lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby including Ralph’s and Costco and the community is minutes away from 91/55 Freeway and 241 Toll Road. Multiple neighboring parks, also biking and walking trails are easily accessible. The rent is $1300, 1-2 months security deposit depending on the credit score. No short-term lease. Need to provide rental references, credit report, proof of income, and background check.

I am quiet, clean, and respectful full-time professional and would expect the same from my roommate. No smoking, no pets, no drug/drama please. Rental is for one person only, but respectful overnight guest is ok a few nights a month.
