About the Rental We are looking for a 4th person to fill our house on the Beach in Pacific Beach, starting October 1. The property is adjacent to the Pacific Ocean and more specifically, Capri by the Sea Tower on Chalcedony Street in Pacific Beach. It is a 3-story, 4-bedroom townhome complete with full kitchen, new appliances, washer and dryer in the unit and much more. Ocean views from the Living Room, Room and Patio. Former Vacation Rental. Bathroom in Room. Furnished. Assigned Garage Unit. About Us All 3 roommates are in our early 30’s, 2 of us work professional 9-5 types in San Diego and our 3rd roommate manages a bar so has later hours. We are looking for a laid-back roommate who cleans up after themselves and that’s about it. We’re all very easy going and have been friends since college, but we are all focused on our careers and that is our most important trait we’re looking for in a roommate: Pay the rent and be easy to live with.
