West Berteau Avenue

My North Center house is beautiful and full of space and light. I’ve lived here for 2.5 and really don’t want to give it up. There is a large backyard, a small patio with a grill, FREE laundry in the basement, a lot of space, big closets, central air. It’s on a quiet block, but close to a lot of great restaurants, bars, breweries, Jewel, and CVS. The walk to the Irving park brown line is about 10 minutes, 2 to the Damen bus, and 7 to the Western bus.

I have a cat and we cannot have more animals.

I am a nanny and am pretty relaxed around the house. I work early Monday through Friday, so would like someone that is respectful of my early bed time on work nights. I do keep things pretty tidy and want my roommate to help to keep things clean. Basically I want to live with someone that is responsible and respectful that can pay all bills on time and would like to hang out, have a beer and a meal on occasion.
