About the room We live about 15 miles North of Denver near Highway 76. The city is Brighton, CO. This is a quiet Christian, straight, no 420 household. This rental room is in a finished basement without water. The bathroom & shower is accessed on the first floor and is shared by others living in the home. There are 2 other renters in their own rooms already with their own shared bathroom upstairs. There is a sump room and a furnace/storage/water heater-room adjacent to the bedroom with closed doors separating it. There is a separate nook and a desk down the basement hallway. There is storage under the stairs accessed by a small door in sleeping room area. There is a dry bar with a small refrigerator. There is no private door leading from sleeping area to hallway to dry bar.There are 5 window-wells in the basement total.

I own the home. I am 79 years old. My husband lives here also. There are two other roommates on the second floor.
