About the room
Master bedroom in a penthouse. Preferably move-in by February 1st but if you need later let us know. January is already paid and would be free for you.
Bedroom has private bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub. Also has a massive walk-in closet.
Apartment is in The Millennium building at 1330 S Fair St in Arlington. W/D in unit. Private terrace. Free garage parking. Gym, grill, multiple rooftop decks, pool, two blocks from metro, one block from Whole Foods. Walk out the front door of the building into a park.
Current roommates are guys 26 and 33. Outgoing roommate was 22 year old woman so as long as you seem like a good person, we’re not set on any particular type of individual.
About the roomies
Dan and Jeff work for IBM and Deloitte. Clean and considerate but social. Jeff cooks. Dan is an order in type of guy.
