International Business executive seek professional or graduate student (non-smoking) to share large, beautiful home in Plano West(close to Willow Bend area). Rooms are available immediately. The upper private living quarters(2000 sqf) is completely furnished with a very large living room area, 3 bedrooms each with private bath. We are seeking to rent month-to-month with 30 days notice - longer lease term if mutually desired. Work (employment verification) and personal references will be required. No Home Based job please. A deposit of $250 is required. This will be returned at the conclusion of your stay, substracting any damages. Would prefer that you have no pets. One or two friends maximum can visit at a time but No over night stay.
