2-bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom—no smoking inside and no pets. $800 per month with a security deposit of $500 minus $25 cleaning fee (to be returned upon end of lease term). Room for rent is a decent size with one closet. Located in a very convenient location with a bus stop directly in front of the complex. The bus takes you directly to a subway station which makes it convenient if you prefer to commute to work via public transportation. Rent includes: Furnished room with a daybed, 40-inch smart tv, nightstand and chest of drawers (see video). Utilities Include: water, sewer, gas, and electric, high-speed internet and cable (Verizon Fios). Toiletries provided to include (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish detergent). Tenant is responsible for their own (sheets, towels, washcloths, personal toiletries, food, and laundry) Washer and Dryer (in building) One parking pass and building entry key fob will be provided (to be returned upon end of lease term, if not returned there will be a $50 each replacement charge) Shared: kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. Important: Although we are all human and sometimes life gets in the way, it is important to make sure we clean up after ourselves. The issue of overnight guests can be discussed in person. Just one roomie in the home and looking for another to share the space.

I am a female educator and grad student, teaching and attending classes from home virtually. I like to keep things tidy, especially now that we are in the middle of a global pandemic. I love books and relaxing at home, although I have an active side as well. I also tend to be a bit of an introvert and would probably do best with another introvert. I prefer home to be relaxing opposed to a constant social hub.
