Utilities: included! Internet (500mb/20mb, WiFi6 with backup internet line), gas, water, trash, and electricity.

First month rent + security deposit due up front.

Pets: no other pets, sorry.

Lease terms: month to month and ideally someone who wants to stick around for a while (huge plus on decision making) and make home.

Cleaning: Clean up after anything. We have a professional cleaner come once a month or two to clean entire common area and bathroom.

Rent is due on first of the month and within 5 business days.

Living room is furnished. Kitchen is stocked with all the pots pans and cooking / cleaning essentials you’d need. You are totally welcome to add to the space in any way that makes it feel like home.

About the roomies Alex - IT Director, M-F 10AM - 7:30PM, often travels. Kuma, Kumi - Korean Jindo dogs, brother and sister, 13 years old. Very friendly dogs, only barks for little to strangers and no bites.
