ROOM FOR RENT in 3bedroom/3bath house in Chandler. Price includes utilities, quarterly spared space cleaning services, and summer yard maintenance services. One garage packing space included. Room has private access to backyard. Private front and back yard space. House is immediately next to community pool. Third bedroom (upstairs) is used for guests and storage. House shared with only myself.

Dogs accepted per approval. I have one cat that does not get along with other cats so unless you’d be keeping yours in the bedroom 100% of the time, unfortunately this would not be a good fit for a cat owner.

There are many trails and water features within walking distance. 5 minute drive from Intel

Application fee is $80. Background check required, will also need to provide current credit report (credit karma accepted)

Proof of Renters insurance and $500 security deposit required for move in.

I’ve rented the house with my (one) cat since 2018. I work full time at home and work part-time on weekends. I try to go camping, kayaking, or on other trips often.

There’s some garden space in the backyard that I try to get going during the spring and keep alive as long into the summer as I can.

I love holidays and decorating for them.

I’m someone who enjoys sharing so whoever rents the room is welcome to participate in any of that with me.
